Just a little piece of advice, I see you used T-nuts. I've had issues with using T-nuts kind of eating at the wood with the twist it takes to tighten down your bolts. I've moved to threaded inserts and have noticed a much easier and more long lasting way of securing th subs to the box. Subs in and out of the box a few times, and T-nuts can start to eat away. That's just been my personal experience, I know a lot of guys have good luck with them.

*Edit- Build is looking good for sure dude, keep up the good work :)

The HFI series by Hifonics are VERY power hungry. It MIGHT be a good idea(when doing the batt to frame ground) to make sure you sand that part of the frame down when you do your final step to your big 3. Just to let you know, the voltage MAY not stop dropping due to the voltage hungry 1500.

Alright, Wat other amps are there that are not as power hungry

The Bxi and BRZ series that they offer from Hifonics. The lines I mentioned also do rated power and your HFI series will not do advertised rated power.

I'm curious, pertaining to your voltage drop situation, where are you getting the ground for your amps? Where are they grounded specifically and if you could take a picture, that would be GREAT! Sometimes the Big 3 can be perfect, and that ground you made for the amp can be less than satisfactory.
