Need help Selenium ST-350 problem

I've never had super tweeters in my life, and without doing enough research because of how fast i wanted my setup to be complete, i decided to go on parts express and order myself some Eminence Pxb25ko 2 Way Crossover 5khz, and so this is how everything is wired

This board is made out for mid bass, tweeter, line in from Amp, i have only connected the tweeters today because it took me some time to make the panels for the door, yada yada yada

As i was done with everything i connected everything as described

On the amp, i will only be using 1/2 channel no need for 3/4 when i'm only going to have 2 tweeters and 2 mid bass for now

Connected in such manner, from tweeter pos and neg to + - on the board T marking

Line in from amp on board + -

From amp i am only using 1/2 channel +- for front left stage, +- for front right stage so only using 2 lines in coming in to amp

I am literally stuck, as i maybe am not understanding this correctly, it says on the spec sheet for the tweeter to use up to about 6khz

My power output coming out is what i don't understand, when i connect this thing to the Eminence board the tweeter is putting out so low i can barely hear the voice even when i put it up to max volume this thing literally sounds like you putting your cell phones media player to MAX

I need help on this, or anyone who has these things can you maybe give me some ideas of how you connected yours, i've been looking around but can't find anything good.

Things i've tried, i went straight from the tweeter to amp and it puts out more then from the Eminence Crossover.
