brz 2100.1 4 SSA Dcons 15's in a tahoe

walk-through of my install.

after this video i did a 2/5 drop, switch out the head unit for a DEH-p6200bt and got rid of the POS box, right now i'm in the process of designing a box.

pioneer deh-p6200bt head unit.

mb Quart ONX4.125 amp.

Hifonics Brutus BRZ2100.1D amp.

2 sets of Hifonics Zeus ZXi 6.5 Components.

4 ssa dcon 15'' s4 subs.

kinetik hc 2000 battery.

i'm hoping it will sound good once it's installed.

i like it except for the box..

what i want to know is,,how does a box come out too big??

if you go thru the work of designing it how can it come out bigger?? unless you "wing" it..

needs more like 12 cubes for the woofers.. so around a 15 to 16 cube total gross volume box

thanks for the advice, the next box is going to be a lot smaller. this is going to sound stupid but i over calculated the bracing and ended up not needing as much as thought, o.. well trial and error i guess. after this video i cut up the box to around 18 cubes and repositioned the the port crx style.
