letemrip32 Posted May 14, 2012 Report Share Posted May 14, 2012 Ok, been wondering for a while. have a vega122.2. i look in the manual and it says the max handling power is 250 amp watts and anything above that will void the warranty. but the box says 500 watts is max. i know the whole deal with max watts not meaning shit. I want to wire my sub down to 1 ohm (sitting at 4 bridged on a jensen 300 watt amp right now) but i want more power. what should i do? Sell this and take that money and put it towards a new sub?
