Recommended Posts

question.

where should i have my gain for my kenwood 2volt deck, the deck maxes at 35 and i no a few ppl that said it does not clip at max.

i have everything on my deck at 0

i dont have a dd-1 or anything but is there a way someone can tell me where i should have my gain. my gain is up past 1oclock

i have my deck at 25 and if i play with the sub level control like +1 and up it dont get louder just sounds like shit (clipping)

if i go -1 or below its not as loud......so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction

well 2 headunits with the same model number can clip at different levels. and if you arent useing a head unit tou need to think about your clipping level of your speaker outputs. just like the headunits same amps with the same deack attached to them can clip at different levels. you REALLY cant guess. all you can do is get a ddi or use the clipping light on the gain knob that comes with the AQ1200. that will get you in the ball park
