This small late 90's early 2000 amp is rated at 450 Watts @ 4 Ohm 800 Watts @ 2 Ohms and >1000 Watts @ 1 Ohm

Sweet little amp, and still using it to power a AQ SDC 2.510-d4.

For what i have heard from the other people using this amp it was underrated slightly, i did find a old post on the forum in the netherlands out of 2003 that it did 1000 Watts rms @ 2 Ohm. The size of this amp is L 15.25 X W 7.2 X H 2.3

Mine is running at 2Ohm and is hand warm at full load after 2 hours of driving.

Edit again memphis used the same board for the next model 16-st1000d and here i have found a test sheet;
