Well I didn't wire it to 1 ohm so Nothings wrong with it, sending it back would just send me another one that is working which would be completely pointless since nothings actually wrong with mine. Edit: I also don't mind if it's not 1 ohm stable, I bought it because it did 600 @ 2 ohms. Going to be buying a IVX-15 D4 to put to it. Wow who can't look at what there putting in boxes for people.
