im remaking my build.

old had so many different setups and random stuff.

about me:
im 25yr old IT student, who builds an old volvo as an hobby on his spare time, budget is slim to none, but that does not necessary mean nothing. just means that every step has to be thought several times and need alot of work to save money for the pieces.

about car:
i'ts a volvo 245, B200F, 5speed manual. and it has a wall innit.

First Exterior:

Car looked like this back in summer 2011.
Pretty fast after getting it i tinted the backwindows.

2%20(Custom).jpg
then i got rid off the VOLVO -sign infront.

3%20(Custom).jpg
Finally i reheated the front bumper, bought bright turning signal covers.

added alot of stickers ofc. MAXBOOM -The Loud Side Of Life- :)

then the interior:

2011 summer's first setup was CRUNCH FATBOII with some shitty amp :D

5%20(Custom).jpg
then it was Autostudio REF UNL 18" with Focus acoustics 1500D, 193l box 30Hz tuned.
i played 147,98dB peak 144,2dB AVG with MaxBoom contest -song.

6%20(Custom).jpg
Spring 2012 i built first wall.
It was 6th order with 330l back (30Hz tune) 170l front (45Hz tune).

i played 144.22dB peak, 142,9dB AVG (MB song)
7%20(Custom).jpg
Last one was 4th order with same box as the 6th order.
I played 144.3dB peak @ 28Hz
it was pretty monstorous hairtricker.

but on AVG it hit like 120dB on MB song. so it had to be a goner.

8%20(Custom).jpg
then when summer 2012 started, i ripped the 4th order off and started to build another wall.

9%20(Custom).jpg
First i made a skeleton around.

10%20(Custom).jpg
more skeleton

11%20(Custom).jpg
me building more and more

12%20(Custom).jpg
floor

13%20(Custom).jpg
first plywood screwing in!

14%20(Custom).jpg

first ply at the back. small holes, but got filled up :)

18%20(Custom).jpg

made some sealers to the sides, not sealing 100% but it's a start

19%20(Custom).jpg

17%20(Custom).jpg

backside.

20%20(Custom).jpg

21%20(Custom).jpg

inside got doublesealed. still needs bracing and alot of stuff.

22%20(Custom).jpg

that's the thickness now. 36mm. i will do triangle pieces to the corners to seal em completely, and planning on fiberglassing the whole inside someday.

23%20(Custom).jpg

then i started to make the doors

24%20(Custom).jpg

i planned to use my 10" PA -speakers from my old test box25%20(Custom).jpg

4x 6,5" speakers, one 10" and one 3" aeroport.26%20(Custom).jpg

i use old panels from old doors so it will be sealed at the window

27%20(Custom).jpg

both doors just before the fabric

28%20(Custom).jpg

thick fleece + first layer of resin

29%20(Custom).jpg

two layers resin on top, one inside + some fiberglass. i need to break the bracing from inside and fully fiberglass the inside.

but i am running on very low on cash, so ill start doing the wall before i can finish doors.

sofar so good, let me know your thoughts.
