buy a passive crossover, go active or put some capacitors inline of the positive wire on the speaker. youll have to google what capacitor will cut you down to 4k hz high pass

whats wrong with fat chicks? they are like mopeds, as long as your friends dont see you riding it, they are a blast! hahah

as highpass i would think the highest it could go, or zero... i cant remember what i set mine at when i done it..... i wanna say bout 3/4 the way up but i cnt remember how many hz it was.

Well then according to this calculator, a 10 μF capacitor will give you a high pass of 3978 at -6db/octave. So that capacitor you linked should be just about right.

And I don't think it really matters where you set the amp's crossover, but I would just set it to all pass.
