pimpnFosgates Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 i did a 140.2 with two old school fosgate he2 12's on 600 watts in my 91 blazer. anyone else do over 140 or 145 with 2 12's on 1000 watts or less? if so what was the setup? b-dubs89 Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 back in 06 i had a pair of mtx thunder 5500 12's in a sealed box running off a sony explode amp in a dodge dayton , and i could peg out my walmart db meter ,it peged at 130 db . talking to this guy with a shop in watertown sd (synergy) , he did have a termlab , he thought my set up was louder than what my walmart db meter was saying . never did termlab it cuase i was broke that day and he wasn't offering to meter it for free .
