Romoving all floor mats in the car (carpet), If your box is carpeted remove carpet anything carpet acts as a sound absorber, so anything that can easily be removed get rid of it. fecupe2001 Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 yep, every car is different, without a termlab to test those things out before the show, i wouldn´t suggest closing any vents or moving seats at all, my swift dropped a full db just by moving he seats forward while my explorer gains a few tenths by doing the same thing...
