Hey, I have a Mac, and i dont have i guess a sound card where i can plug in a cable for front, for rear, and for center/sub.. all i have is the one output like for headphones....

I have another one i think its "optical" maybe?

the Back of the logitech control center has an optical input and i think my mac has an optical output, should i buy the optical cable and do that? will it do the 5.1 surround? cuz right now i can only use either fronts and centers.. no surround.. so idk what i'm supposed to really do..

U can use a simple rca for coax, i did that on my old pc.

Then u have digital sound too.

Otherwise buy a optical glassfiber cable.

Good luck!

but my mac doesnt have the coax output i dont think
