First T-line Box Build

like the topic says, my friend Nick and I built a new box/center console for his isuzu. It is for a Polk Momo 8" sub powered by a JL 250/1 amp. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, so we used some extra particle board (I know...big no no, but hey, it's free) he had laying around. It turned out pretty well, it is louder than the old sealed box that was in there for 2-8" subs. I realize I was supposed to 45 the corners of the port, but all I had was a circular saw, and there is no way I could have pulled off perfectly straight 45's without a table saw, but it sounds fine, and I dont hear any noise, so all is well.

thats alotta screws.

overall it looks very nice.

There really weren't all that many, I spaced them pretty far apart since it was particle board I didn't want to make the wood any weaker. I will try to get vids tomorrow...oh, and I am going to resin the outside just to make sure it is sealed up nice and tight. after the resin it shouldn't be any weaker than an MDF enclosure.
