Jessica
I guess you could start by checking that voltage regulator, What is the normal charging voltage? Also, does it drop voltage right after it shifts gears? If it does then it might just be a bad connection. Just some ideas. it rest at 15.0 when it works but it drops voltage under acceleration So does it do it when you just rev the engine when it's in park/neutral? If it only does it in gear i would look real close at connections because your engine will twist a bit on the motor mounts and it may be pulling a wire causing a bad connection. MECHMAN
no i can push in the clutch and rev it and it will drop if i rev fast. but if i gradually bring it up the rpm range it wont fall out It seems like you have checked everything that you can on the vehicle. My only sugestion would be to send the unit in to us so we can check it out. If there is anything wrong with the unit, we will fix it and repair it under warranty.
