Jessica Posted July 5, 2012 Report Posted July 5, 2012 So, just recently my Clarion CZ-201 decided that it would shut off when it damn well pleases. It's wired through the ignition switch like it should be but when i turn the key off it stays on and keeps playing for about 10 seconds. Then it shuts down. Normally it shuts of right after i turn off the key and just tonight it starts working like it should again. I think that maybe this heat just screwed with a relay inside the radio because it didn't start till after about the 3rd or 4th day of this stuff. I wan't a better h/u anyway but wasn't really planning on replacing it this soon. So three questions 1..Do you think my hypothesis is correct? 2. Anyone else had this problem C. Is it on it's way out permanently? Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside. My super random youtube channel and terrible camera work. The problem did come back yesterday then stopped again shortly after. Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside.
