hip Posted August 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 26, 2012 Got some time to work on the jeep today. Got a few things done. Installing aux cable and antenna adaptor. These jeeps have a locking antenna, so I had to add an adaptor. Nice to be able to listen to something other than a CD. Got these are beefy wires from Monoprice.com for super cheep. Heat shrink. Stick in the red spots and give a little tug on each one till it pops out. Here is the antenna adaptor. The factory locking antenna plug. Rolled the window down all the way to make sure there was enough clearence. There wasn't so I improvised. Little cut here and there. Thats all for now. hip Posted October 28, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 28, 2012 A few things done. Had to change out the brakes. Got my new sub in. Here she is next to one of my DC lvl 3 15's. BIG difference. It is a Sundown nightshade v1. Have old Alpine mrp-1000 installed for now. Also massive audio p200.2. Sub installed in old box I had in my Mazda Protege. 3.5 cubes @ 32 hz.
