Keenen TheAbstract Jones Posted July 10, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 ahh so they are svc. i'd still throw them in a ported box. 6cuft at like 35hz or so, shouldnt be too shabby edit: tuning can refer to either a box or an amp. you tune an amp to make it output X amount of power (gain does not equal a volume know), and you can also tune it to only play within a certain range of frequencies, like only 30-80hz. you tune a box by making the box bigger/smaller, and changing the port width, height, and depth. tuning a box changes the way a sub plays, generally tuning lower allows the woofers to play lower frequencies, at the cost of some loudness in high frequency bass Ok Because I Like Deep Low Bass Regardless Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
