battery help

I have a cobalt lt coupe and I wanna wire a deka 9a31 battery to the stock battery. How would i go about doing it or should I just switch the stock battery with the deka. All on stock alt and big 3 done. I have an American bass 100.1 1500rms amp.

either in parallel/with a relay/ or with an isolator those are your 3 options, be kareful so you dont blow out your altinator

Just wire the 2 batteries in parallel, + to +, - to -. Do not use an isolator. Make sure to fuse the + wire between the 2 batteries, putting a fuse within 18" of each battery.
