lotus Posted July 12, 2012 Report Posted July 12, 2012 I have a cobalt lt coupe 2010 and I wanna wire a deka 9a31 to the stock gel battery, how would I go about doing so or should I just replace my stock with the deka. I have an American bass 100.1 1500rms amp. 2010 Cobalt LT Coupe Subs: 2 American bass XFL 12s Amp: Crescendo BC3500D Big 3 in 1/0awg 29hz box stinger volt meter 2nd battery Deka 9a31 pioneer DEH-9400BH
Tim Lam Posted July 12, 2012 Report Posted July 12, 2012 i would just replace the stock battery. easier, cheaper(no need to buy 0awg) and the stock battery already has some usage on it so the flow to the deka(if you hooked them up together) would be limited by what the stock battery to pump to it. unless of course you always charged up the deka but that is just a extra pain in the ass.
