It depends on how efficient the amp is, what vehicle it's in, and also what gauge wire you're running to your amp.

I just re-read the post INCLUDING the title and if I read correctly, it says 2 900 watt RMS amps PLUS a 400 watt highs amp? That's a total of 2200 watts. The answer is probably NOT. You're probably gonna have issues charging running playing music for too long. Depends on how hard you push it and what kind of music you listen to as well.
