I have a whole new appreciation for fiberglassing now that I am trying it Thanks, with glass you can make just about anything you can imagine. the white stuff is bondo right? I have been sanding by hand. Does a circular sander work best?Well it's not bondo brand. I use a lightweight filler like rage but not as expensive. Bondo leaves a lot of pinholes and doesn't sand as easy. Circular sanders work great for hitting big areas and knocking down the big stuff. Then hand sand to get the contours . http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/77708-2002-millenia-system-re-build/page__view__findpost__p__1070977__hl__%2Bmazda+%2Bmillenia__fromsearch__1 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110130-2000-acura-integra-gs-4-door/page__view__findpost__p__1536749__hl__%2Bmazda+%2Bmillenia__fromsearch__1

I've got some of this to do soon, It's not pretty now, but I hope it'll be nice when It's done. I honestly don't remember the name, but if you have a paint supply store near you. You can find filler that's better then bondo and not as expensive. For what you are working on a small can of rage will do fine. Remember sand the glass then use the filler for small defects. It's been a couple of months since I finished the can. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/77708-2002-millenia-system-re-build/page__view__findpost__p__1070977__hl__%2Bmazda+%2Bmillenia__fromsearch__1 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110130-2000-acura-integra-gs-4-door/page__view__findpost__p__1536749__hl__%2Bmazda+%2Bmillenia__fromsearch__1

kingleo Posted August 27, 2012 Author Report Posted August 27, 2012 I've heard that kitty hair is good actually. That's why I need a better sander lol, sanding by hand sucks and takes forever I hate it too, but ya gotta do it. I would only use kitty hair on a big project like a rear deck or door panel, cuz you will still need filler, but on the small stuff sand the glass and fill the small defects. Then primer to help spot low or high areas. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/77708-2002-millenia-system-re-build/page__view__findpost__p__1070977__hl__%2Bmazda+%2Bmillenia__fromsearch__1 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110130-2000-acura-integra-gs-4-door/page__view__findpost__p__1536749__hl__%2Bmazda+%2Bmillenia__fromsearch__1
