amp with good crossover

Im trying to find an amp that has a decent crossover, my tweets are way to over powering at the moment so i want to run active.

I would like to use the crossover thats in a 4channel amp. I dont have a lot of money to spend. something around the 300NZD mark? (240US)

I need the crossover to be able to go high enough for the tweeters, the desk has a HPF so i would need to put a low pass on the mids, then a high pass on the tweeters. is this correct?

or would i be better off getting a better set of speakers? http://www.onlinecaraudio.co.nz/JBL_GTO6583C maybe something like that?

http://www.orioncaraudio.com/cobalt-series-component-systems-/66-co652-65-inch-2-way-.html they are what i currently have. and the mids are SHIT!

Good rule of thump is go by what fuse size is being used in these amps. The higher the more amperage it pulls, this is what I look at.

I'll stick a 300 amp fuse in a potato and sell it to you for $2k.
