It did this a few months ago at my work, even 360p takes forever to load then it will be perfectly fine an hour or so later to play 720p, sometimes like yesterday it will stay working flawlessly but today it was slow as shit when I came in at 430pm (PST) was fine from about 6-8pm then its crapped out again. Fuckin annoying. I've cleared cache plenty of times, maybe I'll give cookies a try. I'm using Firefox and it isn't my connection as you can see, also other web video players load just fine so it has to be YT.
