OEM Integration for Infiniti

I have an 2008 Infiniti M45x with the 14 speaker Bose system. It sounds good, but it is not loud enough. I have made a fiberglass sub enclosure for it and am pretty happy with it. I am planning on upgrading to an MB Quart ONX1.1000D and a Pioneer Champion Series 12". Right now I have a simple line-out-converter with the inputs coming from the speaker outputs of the factory Bose amp (it has a dedicated sub channel).

My questions are, when using an OEM integration processor such as the JL Audio Clean Sweep or Alpine PXE-H660, what wires do I use to "plug" into the processor, the wires before the factory amp or after? Or does it matter?

Do you have any recommendations for what processor I should purchase? I have looked at the RF 360.3 but it is out of my price range. Do you recommend any subwoofer only processors

Another issue I have head about with the Infiniti is that the Bose amplifier is more than an amp, it is used to process some part of the nav system, has anyone any info on this?

You can grab signal before the amp in that car.

The deck outputs full range 20-20k

Balanced differential outputs.

You could just get an audiocontrol lc-2i

Or solder on rca heads with the right amp.

Let me know if this makes since....solder RCAs on just before the wires hit the factory amp and run those into the after market amps, or whould you suggest grabbing the signal before that? (do you know the voltage coming off of the stock deck?) Will take care of the volume roll-off when turned up?

What are "Balanced differential outputs"? AND do you know where I can get all the info on the factory system (ohms, wattage, speaker size, ect.)
