Orion xtr pro Posted August 6, 2012 Report Posted August 6, 2012 I have 2 Orion xtr pro 10's and I need to build a ported box that is tunes for both subs. Box is going in a 2002 f-250 super duty 4-door. The whole back seat is coming out, so lots of room to work with. Need help in designing the box that is tuned to 44 Hz and .75 cu. ft. Vented enclosure.

Chances are you're going to want a slightly bigger box, and also unless this is a burp box, you probably want to tune a tad lower. the frequency you tune your box is the lower cutoff frequency Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs. My temp system build log More box buildssome cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches! I'm with captain stupid.
Orion xtr pro Posted August 6, 2012 Author Report Posted August 6, 2012 At the moment I have a 1200 watt interfire amp powering them at 1 ohm each. Planning on upgrading to a hifonics 1600-2000 watt amp. Still pretty new to subwoofers.
