Guest Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 if my memory serves me correctly, the battery is in the trunk in those cars. If you want to add an amplifier of decent size, i suggest that you run a new 0 gauge wire from the alternator to the battery in the trunk. then ground the same battery to the frame or strut tower, with the paint sanded off. edit: then yes, you hook the amplifier up to the rear battery, fusing the power line of course.
