Toby Ratcliffe Posted August 17, 2012 Report Share Posted August 17, 2012 Eq on head unit needs to be set flat when using the dd1. Once you have the gains set, you can adjust the eq down only. Remote bass knob should be set to max before using the dd1. This was my problem yesterday. I couldn't figure out how I would set my EQ if the gain on the amp is already maxed out. It makes sense now. If you want more highs, set the mids and/or bass negative a couple points until the ear is satisfied. Same if you want more bass or mids. Quote He who stands on toilet is high on pot.
