mississippiboi12
ok so this friday im planning on getting either 6 sa 12s or 6 oa 12s not sure but anywho..i would be running these off two planet audio px5000 rated @ 3600 watts at 1ohm( 3 subs to each amp). My question is since im doing to wire it all myself well everything, how can i wire each 3 subs to a amp at 1 ohm to get the most power to the subs or closest to 1 ohm so that each subs can get 1200 watts or close a piece, or should i ask if this could even be done with each sub getting the same amount of power.(this is not going to be done by a shop, all by me so its my first install that im doing wiring and aall) thanks
Watch the bass
From the price and the look, you can be lucky if you get the half RMS ratings out of it. If you wire 3 subs together your ohmload would be near 1.5 Ohm, thats the max you can get out. Otherwise these amps are strapable, but your Ohmload with 6 subs would be under 1 Ohm, if you by D4 subs.
