PPI P900.4 Protect Mode?

I've tried unplugging all of the speaker wires from it and only have Power and Ground wire and RCA cables to it and it stays in protect mode.

I try to unplug RCA's and leave Power and Ground wire to it and it still stays in protect mode.

I removed the 35A and 40A fuses and bought new ones to replace them and it's still in protect mode.

The only thing I can think that caused it to do this is maybe the speaker wires touched each other. I also remember the left channel not being as loud as the right channel so I reverse the RCA connection and it also flipped.

This morning I also remember sometimes the midbass speakers would go silent and I'd only hear the DC5K and XLM2's.

The last thing I heard was a weird pop noise from the trunk. Did a transistor or diode blew inside the amp?

I'm just going to contact SonicElectronix tomorrow to see what to do with this amp. I'm pretty sure it still under the 1 year warranty.
