rhino liner sound dampening?

hey guys someone on another site mentioned using something called rhino liner to spray the wheel wells and trunk and cabin floor etc and use it as a sound dampener. im wondering how well this works, since i know the guys on this site are all good audio guys i figured id ask here, since quiet to some is loud to others.

I don't think it'll work as sound deadener. But I do know it will help with flex issues.

I wouldn't use rhino liner but second skin makes a spray on deadener called spectrum that would work.
