Alpine mids and highs?

I am unsure what i should do, i have 2 pair of these ( http://www.sonicelec...ine-SPR-68.html ) the old versions at the bottom though. Also a pair of power bass 6x8s ( Back doors have 2 6x8 slots ) My driver door speaker messed up ( the alpine ), the tweeter on it works, but the mid bass stopped working, but when you push down on the cone a little, it turns on until you let off. I already don't like mixing the speakers in the back doors, so i don't want to buy another pair and those also be different from the ones i have now. My question is, should i buy the new alpines, or go with another brand? or is my one speaker repairable?
