The only safe place to bump is probably a mall parkinglot (when leaving of course).I would never bump at a college campus or something. How much does the police fine for that kind of stuff anyway? not much by the sheriff here but by CHP its like 300+ depending on how big of an ass the cop is.. Steve should gather 5 camera men and have one on each floor of a 4 story parking lot recording to see if car alarm goes off as he parks his 160 DB vehicle on the first floor and bumps his music. I wonder if he'll be able to set off car alarms on the 3rd floor ~_~ Do it!
