I'm having a little problem with my amp. It's reading 13.8v but dashes through the amps. i'm not having any connection problems as i can see. The amp is a Alpine MRD-M300

bump for wire advice

Can i use the positive side of speaker wire to transer the constant 12v to a switch? im trying to do the dvd parking brake switch. i've got the parking brake wired up to the switch and a grounded wired to the switch i just need a constant 12v to it

im only running 4 door speakers. the left side worked fine and the right side static'd. i pulled out the harness to make sure everything was fine and when i plugged it back in i got no sound at all. but i did get sound directly from the unit.

So I've still been asking around and now people are saying that i have a short in my speakers?!!? Is that possible for ALL my speakers!?

uh... grounded speaker? yeah it woould just be one. i bought through amazon and there direct products. I gotta call tomorrow pioneer is closed

internal amp to power the speakers? I'm hoping that pioneer will cover it?! i'll be calling tomorrow. i hate how it was fine on friday sorta...

covered under warranty or anything? its a $650 HU contact dealer?

i work for a car dealership and im not lovin the mugen,yeah its nice but its 6G's for mugen logo's rims and "TRACK TUNED" suspension,which means drivin on road will wear the shit out of your tires....horsepower is the same,weight lil heavier. so if i was you i would get a si and make it YOUR mugen.

for the games theres a certain firmware that you can get but nothing past it then you can download any game off the internet and play them....for FREE! brand new games old games.i personaly dont trust it but i know ppl that do it. initial d is AWESOME!
