Remember on the rear.............i had to rivet the urithane,,,,to the Plastic mount....which bolts to the cars body...

same process here....but this time...I just used a 1/8th drill bit....and a countersink......Much cleaner..

late febuary/early March..........are real depressing.... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif sunny and 45 one day...........15 below the next.......for about a month..........i hate it......but ive been through it for 30 years now...lol....learn to adapt.....and cope with the climate.....tough to plan ahead.....

now when i did the rear bumper....i was after pretty straight lines..... from the molding in the bumper.....to my bottom edge.on the platform.

in the end............it worked out..... and it was deffinantly a learning experience...(foam).....but it was alot of wasted time and materials.....to acheive pretty straight lines....

i worked my ass off....but,,,,,,,,,,you got alot of pix

so ......that being said...............here we go.....this is what i did sunday.....

first

aligned the font bumper.....and put 4bolts back iin it

then cut into some 1/8"hardboard

as you can see here......

about 3 hours work......(measuring...and aligning everything)

cutting.......positioning.....glue......

and im about 2 weeks ahead....of..........where i was at 3 hours into the rear.........

1/8" wedged in the fender welss to shape for a couple days....
