kingkongthumpin Posted October 18, 2012 Report Posted October 18, 2012 Alright so i have 2 pioneer champion series pros running dual 2 ohms and have a 2 ohm stable amp! I put a jumper wire running from hot to ground and did the same on the other woofer! I ran a hot wire from one sub to the other and did the same with the ground to make it 2 ohm stable for my amp, Am i gonna get maximum performance out of my 2 subs running them like this off off of 1 channel?
REVOofRustler Posted October 18, 2012 Report Posted October 18, 2012 What do you meam by maximum performance out of your subs? Youre at a 2 ohm load, which is the lowest you can go on your amp. This means you'll be getting the most out of your amp (assuming its been tuned correctly). Whether or not youre getting "maximum performance" all has to do with output of your amp, the box, and what you actually want it to sound like. 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 club cab - Sold 2004 Audi S4 Avant - Fi and Crescendo - Stock Bose System - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/147725-2002-dodge-dakota-end-of-the-road/?hl=%202002%20%20dakota 136.4 Sealed @ 29hz 137.0 Drivers window open @ 26hz
