Crandis16
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_5262_PAC-SNI-1.html give this a try Edit: I see you already tried a ground loop isolator, going through speakers AND tweeters? you say speakers are powered by amp and tweeters by head unit? Big-A
Is the unit grounded to the factory harness? Last pioneer touch screen I installed had noise, taking the ground off the factory harness and running a seperate ground fixed the problem. Crandis16
and both are staticy (is it a word?) sounds crazy, but what if you ground the case? I have installed 3 pioneer (1 new and 1 in 2 separate cars) and I haven't seen this problem yet. Even with the Pioneer single DINS (I have one and installed 2 in the past year) I haven't seen this problem. Kinda leads me to believe that sometime it is the vehicle that is causing the static in the speakers.
