So I have a width of 40inches, for my box.

And I have a depth of 29inches.

I want to do 6 10's with a 2 rows of 3 speakers.

The thing is, the final diameter of the speaker is 10 & 5/8's

Is there anyway I could fit them with the row of 3 ?

It'll be double baffled if that matters.

The total speaker space that'll be used out of that 40 inches is 31.875, so will the 8.125 be enough to space them out?

Doing 2 rows of 10" speakers is at least 20". Your height is only 19 unless I'm not visualizing it correctly

each speaker takes up about 11" of space. 3x11 = 33, which is within the 40" width of the box. and 2x11 is 22 which is also within the 29" depth of the box.

the port will have to be along the bottom though, thats for sure.

Correct, doing 6 aero's.

But im saying, withen the space thats not being used is it safe to have them like that? Cause there ins't much space to space them out and I know they don't weigh that much but im wondering if it'll be a problem.

if you're that worried about baffle flex, then you can just add a center brace going from top to bottom.

edit: or rather, a couple braces. like this, for example:

X X brace X

X brace X X
