standardcabspl Posted November 27, 2012 Report Posted November 27, 2012 Does anyone know what the case it. someone told me it was just a normal large case gm alt and they can very between many vehicles. im looking to get a highoutput alt around 250-300 amp if not more:p i just know my old 240 amp off my impala wont fit:/ it was the 3.4 v6 has anyone delt with these cadillac alts?? 1996BLKBauer Posted November 28, 2012 Report Posted November 28, 2012 I am sure this won't help, but I have changed the alt on my brothers 92-93 Seville, with a 4.9L, and it did seem like just a normal large case, but with some odd mounting spots. Try sending Mechman an Email, they can for sure hook you up. 1996 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V8 AWD So far with the Ford/JBL Stock Stereo system, Alpine System coming soon.
