bkwillpker2
Thanks man but thats too wide for my trunk, i got a little accord but i got this though. I cant really go over like 32in Width and like 15.5 Height Wouldnt tuning a little lower than 40hz give it a little better sound quality. cause i hear these things are pretty bad on SQ Fb = 35 Hz Vb = 2.28 ft^3 External Height = 15 in External Width = 29 in External Depth = 17 in Port Width = 2 1/2 in
Joe X
This is for a single audiobahn aw1208T. Im trying to get a box with about 3.5 Cu Ft Tuned to about 33-35 Hz Width-31 Height-15 Depth-21 Port Width- 3.9 Port Length-16.35 Port Extension- 9.5 Total Port Length 32.45 Square port area 52.65 Box V - 3.495 ft^3 Tune - 32.49 Hz Trying to see if these calculations are correct/good so if somebody could just double check me or give me some pointers or whatever thanks 3/4in MDF http://mypdfmanuals....208T,348838.pdf This is from a previous request: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 34 Hz Vb = 2.5 ft^3 External Height = 15 in External Width = 29 in External Depth = 18 in Port Width = 2 1/2 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 29 x 15 Left & Right Sides = 15 3/4 x 13 1/2 Top & Bottom = 29 x 15 3/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 13 1/4 x 13 1/2 Extension = 7 x 13 1/2 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): I think this will be enough for most daily setups, you seem to be wanting to do their "spl" enclosure, depends on power you are using, that gigantic box they suggest may barely take the 1500W and although big boxes are very efficient usually you get high group delay and therefore likely poor sound quality. Joe X
From their current stuff only their BRZ and BRE series do rated power (that I know of) so there's a chance your amp won't be delivering the 1500W.
