littleitaly1990
The coaxials in the rear and components up front each are 100wrms@4ohm, so it will be wired down to 2 ohm at the amp.... littleitaly1990
it's an easy question....The wire chart says <150w if it is 16 gauge @2ohm, but wire charts are known to give a ton of leeway and I'm not positive if since it is splitting the power to be 100w per speaker it will be considered 2 or 4 ohm... WickedToys1
it's always best to "Go Big". in other words 16 is ok but if you can go 12. I am running 75 watts to each of my sets of components and i am using 12ga wire just to make sure it gets a nice clean signal. http://www.DCSOUNDLAB.com/01 Chevy Silverado X-CabPioneer 4900 in Dash3 Stinger 2150'sIraggi 260 amp Alt.1/0 Stinger Wiring(2) DC lvl 5 18's(2) Hifonics Cyclops10 cu box tuned to 27hz
littleitaly1990
Well if it carries enough energy I sort of have to keep it (16awg) because I just got a job yesterday and it will be 3 weeks until my first paycheck and I'm already 200 in dept....so I can't really spend for a while... and I won't upgrade the speakers on my Jeep anytime soon so as long as it will carry all of the wattage cleanly with that amount of power, I will be happy.... I know bigger is usually better but I'd rather keep my quality 16 gauge instead of some cheap ass 12 gauge, and I'm sick of only 2 speakers ... A vitrolic, megalomaniacal sadistic psychopath. FieroGrande
You could do two runs of 16..........
