Tebo
Time for the rebuild! I gots updates! Went to home depot to get all my supplies this was the day after that huge snow storm last week we got about 2 feet of snow. 4x4 drifting is soooo much fun! Got all my cuts done. I ended up having to make all my small cuts with a circular saw and a t sqaure, thankfully i had my buddy there to hold the square. For the long cuts we had to drive out to his dads job site where the table saw was( wasnt in the shop ) 45 min drive later and i have all my cuts done! That was the dry fit before all the cuts were done i only had to cut a half inch off the big pieces so thats about how big its guna be Here are the specs: 2.1ft^3 sealed and 4.75ft^3 ported tuned to 45hz 04 dodge dakota ext cab 4x4 excessive amperage 300 amp alt with MONSTER stud =)sundown z v3 15 in a 4th order on aq2200sundown 100.4 2 way active...2 Prv audio 6mb200 & 2 re XXX tweetersdeka intimidatorkenwood x396big 3 1/0 knu wire back to deka intimidator
Socky
Looks good so far, for tires, id say the good year mtr with kevlar they are some mean ones that are good on the street. Super swampers suck for the street conditions, i ran them on my jeep for 6 years and they went bald finally, right now im running all terrains. which suck off road they pack up quick, they are good in the snow but suck in the ice. Tebo
Got some more work done today, also went to home depot again to get some t nuts bolts and washers only spent 7$ Woot! Also found out i left the inner support pieces on the sealed side at the job site. Luckily i have enough scrap to cut the two 16x14 pieces. The brace and sub baffle are not mounted just the sides, i also put the 45 in the port into place. Im using a combo of tite bond 2 and gorrilla wood glue. Now onto the pics! Thats where i left it for the night, the baffle and brace arent in the right place i just set them there for picture sake. So glue is drying and batteries charging ill be back at it in the morning before i head to work 04 dodge dakota ext cab 4x4 excessive amperage 300 amp alt with MONSTER stud =)sundown z v3 15 in a 4th order on aq2200sundown 100.4 2 way active...2 Prv audio 6mb200 & 2 re XXX tweetersdeka intimidatorkenwood x396big 3 1/0 knu wire back to deka intimidator
