Hopefully I'll have the funds to do something over the top on my next build. FamilyB4Others Posted December 12, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2012 START of the Big 3 Running the Big 3 Solder the wire Terminals on Heat shrink ends Old/stock/OEM wire from big 3 New ground for tranny New ground for engine block New alternator wire to battery New battery ground with old next to it. First fuse holder mounted on left side of battery for Alternator wire. Second fuse holder mounted on inter-fender for second battery in trunk DONE! FamilyB4Others Posted December 12, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2012 Box Build time Clamped Corner shot of box 50% finish Bracing time Front cut out 2 x 12 plus 8inch port hole in middle Tight fit between port hole, sub hole and the bracing dowel The double baffle cut out Test fit All wall and port braced Brace is wood glued and screw to the box plus kitty hair fiberglass for stronger support. Going to do a round over on the inner tube for the flare. Port getting resin completely Port out side drying showing the round over I did Port is done!
