Does it hurt if running ho alt but not running system

Ok I just put a 300amp alt on the other night then sold my subs the next day. Will it hurt anything to keep running it? I've got a red top and kenetic 1400 under hood and 2 kenetic 1800s in back?

No it shouldn't because the alt only outputs whatever load is on it
