Train Horn As An Alarm?!

Recommended Posts

I just caught some creepers at work and in my gut I wanted to kill these fools for looking into my windows. Now it has me all hyped! I want a train horn hooked into my alarm system. I have about 800 bucks to blow so I'm down for the loudest horn I can have. I want to be able to install it flush so someone cant just cut the air lines. I have a Subaru Forster with no cab space so its got to be compact under the car. Any ideas on whats the best horn out there?

My car....

If you're looking for something good you'll most likely need some cab space to mount the air tank

I could mount it inside my cab in the rear. On the side of my box. But it have to be like a 5-8 gallon tank. Could that work?

That should be fine. I have the 2 gallon one. It is more than enough for when my alarm goes off.

x2 on hornblasters.com.. my alarm triggers other peoples alarm when it goes off.. you'll be pleased

Also i ran my air tube through the inside of my car instead of outside because my car is lowered and i didn't want it to accidentally cut if i scrape and so that no one can cut it.

Thinking about this one.

My question is will it be able to do a constant note or a 2 second burst every other second? For how long? I need to grab the gun slide the mag in and run out in time now LOL!

Iv heard this one in person and trust me it will do the trick.

I need to be able to hear it 3 blocks away and in the office. Our parking lot is kind of far. I also want to park it and hear it in the mall unless that's to much. At least has to make someone piss their pants when trying to do something stupid.
