My wife n I plasti-dipped my grill. I think it looks GREAT!

I pulled my box out and threw some carpet on it. I have NEVER carpeted a enclosure before. It looks pretty good

So I didint have enough carpet, it looks good from the front and back, but the sides and the bottom don't have much carpet. Lol. Luckily you can't really see the sides or bottom. :)

Looks good bro. Any plans to put the amp behind the box and seal the box off? I've tested box positions in my 300 quite a bit and sealing it seems to be the best. If you do... just make sure you lay down some painters tape that way the foam will stick to the tape and not the carpet. It will still make a very good seal. But if you EVER want to re-do or upgrade then I highly suggest you do this haha. Also the grille looks good. Reminds me of the 2010 mopar grille. Not sure if your like me but I wanted to see my whole grille. You can trim the sides that sit on top of the grilles lip and move it down so you can see the whole grille. Here is an example of what Im talking about. This was mine before I got the SRT front bumper.

So today I decided to seal my box off from the trunk. I don't want to do anything to damage the car, so here is what I did.

I made the templates with cardboard

Cut them from 3/4" MDF, attached some rubber to the edges that would be against the trunk and painted.

After

I did notice a little increase by ear, and it shook my center console more then before. Not a huge gain, but worth the scrap pieces of wood and the hour it took to complete

.also waiting for a order from Sky High. 50' 1/0, fuse holders and ring terminals. :) can't wait

Looking good man. Before you lay down foam make sure you use the painters tape. It will save your carpet just in case you ever want to pull it out. While at the same time still making it air tight.
