No not really. I don't see how. You need something to attach it to. Even if you were to do the whole wall plexi and do a cover panel it wouldn't be flush. And you need a thick panel for the strength, so I don't see how you could do it. You may be able to double baffle it, then make the second baffle like 1" wider on the window opening, then cut the plexi panel to fit in that. Did that make sense?

Ok so finally client came back to my house to get WORK DONE! So we finally achieved getting all the new mids and highs up in there! But first we went out to get some supplies and shtuff so while we were at lowes we got all the box materials we needed. And the sheet of wood is long and we were in the Burban. U shall see the humorous pic below haha. Anyways we got them installed and let me say the sound amazingly beautifully clear! So once we finished we started making a mock up box out of card board and found out the box will not fit, we wouldn't be able to get it in the trunk. So I sent new dimension to get a new design. And still waiting on that. But for the mean time here's pics and a vid! Check it out!

Funny thing is that he just bought a RockStar drink just before getting in the car and opened it hahah and he could not drink it in that position. Haha
