taylorpro
I just want to no. If I buy and xs battery to go in the back will it charge and work better than what I have now? anything you put back there will. it's a new battery VS. and old one that hasn't been charged in forever. buy a small CTEK charger and take care of the batteries man... $60 charger is cheaper than having to buy more batteries when they get weaker over time 1999 Ford ExplorerTeam Sundown Audio4th 2012 Db Drag WF Street Stock 150.8dbYoutube Channel!http://www.youtube.com/user/BoomyurblownOperation 156 No wall Build Log!http://www.stevemead...x/#entry2196123
djscrappydee
That all I needed to no. How often would you charge them does it have to be every day? taylorpro
That all I needed to no. How often would you charge them does it have to be every day? no of course not it doesnt have to be. just said that to show there is no such thing as charging too much. really there isn't any guideline. Do it as often as you can or when it's convenient Just run an extension cord out to the car, put the charger under the hood charging, and shut it and let it run overnight. if you have an on board voltage meter, you will notice a difference in voltage the next day 1999 Ford ExplorerTeam Sundown Audio4th 2012 Db Drag WF Street Stock 150.8dbYoutube Channel!http://www.youtube.com/user/BoomyurblownOperation 156 No wall Build Log!http://www.stevemead...x/#entry2196123
taylorpro
These charger works great. Doesn't overcharge AGM batteries (common problem), and has several maintenance modes to help the batteries out. Plus, it's a tender as well so it can be left on for any amount of time. http://www.amazon.com/Multi-12-Volt-Smart-Battery-Charger/dp/B000FQBWCY 1999 Ford ExplorerTeam Sundown Audio4th 2012 Db Drag WF Street Stock 150.8dbYoutube Channel!http://www.youtube.com/user/BoomyurblownOperation 156 No wall Build Log!http://www.stevemead...x/#entry2196123
djscrappydee
Would a smaller xs battery work fine? Or do I need a certain size (2) PSI p2 18's Crescendo 2000 Audio Technix 0 gauge/ SHCA 0 gauge Pioneer AVH-P2400BT yellow top optima big 3 . xs batt. taylorpro
Would a smaller xs battery work fine? Or do I need a certain size I say first, get that charger. See how much it helps your existing setup/battery. You may be surprised. After that, buy the biggest battery you can afford and put it in the back.
