kickeruser09 Posted February 4, 2013 Author Report Posted February 4, 2013 before i put it together i painted the sides flat black with roll on wall paint, my window tint is 5% but i wanted to make sure even if the sun was blasting on the windows you couldnt see inside

kickeruser09 Posted February 4, 2013 Author Report Posted February 4, 2013 this is the front baffle, all double birch. i used angle aluminum in the corners 1x1. the aluminum is very easy to drill and cut, so its easy to use. i also used stainless steel all thread for bracing.
