FosgateLife Posted February 17, 2013 Report Posted February 17, 2013 Ive always been confused about how to calculate 2 slot ports in a box... Do you just combine the total or what?? Im trying to build a final, friken amazing box for my SSD but i cant figure anything out and it pisses me off because i cant find anything that helps me. So please HELP MEEE!!!!! If someone could point me to a free box designer that'd be awesome too lol The area i have to work with is 15 high, 15 deep, 40 wide. You do suffer losses running more than one port because of port wall friction is increased due to the high wall-area:port-area ratio. It lowers your tuning a little bit because the extra friction slows down the air. in most designs it's negligable though but in a 4th or 6th order it can considerably affect your tuning. you should be ok 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.
