flarobbie Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 so im just now starting on my build. 99 escalade. ive put on so much stuff in the past 2 weeks, but here is what i have so far. pioneer 6300bt dvd player matrix processor Subs 4x american bass hd dual 2 ohm 15's mids and highs db drive 6.5's in each door db drive 8's behind back seat massive audio tweets in the pillars amps 2x memphis mojo 4kw's @.5ohm lanzar opti 250x4 Elecrical 4x xs 3100's ohio generator 310 alt. big 3...of course 3 runs of tsunami 1/0 to the back 8000k hid's I have so many different things I want to do to this truck. it will be my first big build. i want a no wall ground pounder. im going to put another ohio generator in it, or just go big and get me a triple singer 270 set up, but $$ is kind of tight right now. i know the first order of business id to replace the speakers with some crecendo mids and tweets. im thinking 1- 10, 1- 8, and 2 tweets up front, and 2-8's in the rear doors to start. im going to be learning alot from this build, but i dont want to do too much. this will not be a crazy crazy build, but just something different from the typical dc this and dc that build. i like dc, dont get me wrong, but it seems to me that EVERYBODY is running them. im going to be loud with something else. if anybody has any ideas, please let me know. any prior experience with this truck or any like it??? let me know. thanks for all the help also, if anyone can help me post some of the pics i have, i cant figure it out [sharedmedia=garage:vehicles:2252] i guess if you want to see it, go to my garage

flarobbie Posted April 2, 2013 Author Report Posted April 2, 2013 got a few new things for the caddy... first up, i got a matrix overdrive plus to replace the american bass line driver, then i got some peel and seal from lows that im going to stick in the doors. i know its not that big a deal, but it is progress for me. little things add up to big things.
flarobbie Posted May 11, 2013 Author Report Posted May 11, 2013 just some pics of the 22's i put on it. now im going to pull the nasty back bumper and hook up the smooth rollpan. ive got some more pics of some other stuff ive been doing, but ive been working alot. new amp rack, battery buss bars, and another mojo 4k . but im still waiting to get my new alts. going with some singer triples. so after that, i will be rebuilding the whole thing. complete tear down. 6 american bass hd 15's, 3 mojo 4kw's, triple alts, high 150's for sure
flarobbie Posted May 11, 2013 Author Report Posted May 11, 2013 plus, im thinking of painting it. since the insid is tan, i was thinking of a dark green, or mabey a bowling ball type dark blue. i dont know yet.
